Our Service to You

  • We promise to dispatch at least part of your label order to you within the timescale shown on the site by first class post, 24 hour courier or air mail. (If 1st class post is impractical, a 24 hour carrier will be used). 
  • We promise to print your products as per your instructions whenever the instructions are clear and practical to follow. If we don't, we will reprint free of charge.
  • We promise to respond to any complaints fairly and effectively. Any complaints will be dealt with as soon as practically possible, and we will endeavour to solve any complaints within 5 working days. Complaints may be made by email to: service@letusprintit.co.uk
  • We promise not to send unsolicited e-mail, or to pass your details on to third parties. If you would like to be placed onto, or removed from our newsletter list, please email us with your details. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

    • We collect information about you for 2 reasons:
      • firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
      • We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
    • We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
    • The type of information we will collect about you includes:
      your name
      address
      phone number
      email address
      credit/debit card details
  • We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
  • Online payments are facilitated securely by Google Checkout or Paypal.
  • You will be charged the amount clearly shown on the web site.
  • Cancellation. As we offer a fast service, and all items are created specially for the customer, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has been placed. If we have not started printing, we can cancel the order. In this case, there may be a charge to cover administration and credit card costs.
  • Statutory Rights. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • Working Days: Our working days are as follows:
    • Monday - Friday,
    • with 7 - 10 days of holiday over Christmas,
    • and 5 - 7 days over Easter.

Orders received after 12 noon will be regarded as having been received the next working day.

These working days are open to change, but we will always attempt to show on this page any foreseeable changes in working days within one week.

A large part of our success is our service to our customers. If we have given you service, good or bad, please let us know, we always appreciate hearing our success stories, and we take seriously any problems that our customers have had.
